Menu For A Samhain Feast...

Roast Beef, --- Roast Turkey or Chicken, --- Lasagna, --- Colcannon (Potatoes mashed with cooked cabbage, garlic and onions, milk, butter and pepper), --- Hubbard Squash with butter and nutmeg, --- Black & Orange Carrot and Raisin salad with mayo, --- Tossed Salad, --- Rye Bread with whipped butter, Pumpernickel bread with cream cheese, --- Fresh sliced apples, --- Chocolate cake, Blackberry pie and Apple pie for desert, --- Burgundy wine, --- Apple cider, --- Halloween candy. >>> OH, DELISH!!!
